You can feel sorry for yourself because you’re not in shape, you don’t have time, working out is too hard, working out hurts… OR you can take a deep breath, hold your head up high, and get yourself to the gym! The choice is yours. Self-pity doesn’t solve any problems. When you start feeling “sorry” for yourself, remind yourself who you are and who you wish to become.
