I LOVE protein pancakes! And I LOVE trying new recipes with different flavors & ingredients! It’s my calling… if I could be a protein pancake recipe developer for the rest of my life- I totally would. πŸ™‚ That’s the amount of excitment I have towards these beauties!

I recently threw a few ingredients together post-workout to try a new pancake. Introducing…

Chocolate Chia Protein Pancakes!

1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup Chobani plain greek yogurt
1 tbsp chia seeds

Mix together & throw in a skillet, wait for bubbles, and flip! πŸ™‚

I topped mine with half a banana (sliced) & sugar-free syrup!

Nutrition: 12.5g Carbs (approx. 22.5g w/ banana) & 36g Protein πŸ™‚
