STADIUM WORKOUT!

Yesterday I did a KILLER workout at a local Stadium. Why didn’t I think of this before!?

I started out on the walking paths and completed jog/walk intervals for about 40-minutes…1-minute high intensity with a 2-minute recovery.

Then I did walking lunges and stadium stairs for about 20-minutes. I did 4-sets of walking lunges for the length of the parking lot and 8 sets of stadium stairs, resting at the bottom for 1-minute.

I ended my workout with dips and some ab work on the stadium bleachers. The bleachers almost mimic a weight bench! You can use the bleacher to do step-ups and incline push-ups too!

Needless to say, I’m feeling a bit sore this morning! But sore means that somethings working, right!?

NO EXCUSES PEOPLE! 🙂
