I can’t decide which is better! Hehe. So I made Low-carb pizza for yesterday’s NFL festivities & I have to say that they actually taste just like pizza!
1. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
2. Build little mounds of shredded cheese (I used an Italian mix of parm+asiago+mozzarella) & top with pepperoni or your choice of toppings.
3. Bake at 400° for 8-10mins or until edges begin to brown.
4. Let cool for 5mins before devouring 🙂
I like to dip mine in marinara or blue cheese.
Now, these aren’t necessarily healthy…but they are a much better option than pizza for the carb-conscious.
