Still hesitant about joining an online group fitness Challenge? Studies show that people who took part in a community-based weight loss programs lost more weight than those who were trying to lose weight on their own. If that’s not convincing enough, Challenges also require accountability. Accountability will be the backbone of your success. Accountability, more importantly, lets you know when you are getting off track and not paying close enough attention to your goals. Group Challenges are like having a “fitness buddy” and gaining social support from your peers, as well as support from me- your very own Certified Personal Trainer! 🙂
